A lot of Ubisoft fans were bummed by the news that Assassin’s Creed: Rogue would be a last-gen exclusive. Well, a select few of us won’t have to be upset any longer. Ubisoft today has announced that the game will be available for purchase on the PC platform sometime in 2015. While that is a rather large window, it still provides great excitement for those wishing to play more and more of the Assassin’s Creed universe.

Originally, Rogue was only confirmed for the last-gen consoles but it was never stated that the PC release wasn’t going to happen. Alongside some awesome new in game footage, the trailer above is what confirmed the PC release and has us even more excited for the release. The game revolves around Shay Patrick Cormac who is an assassin-turned-templar on the hunt.

Rogue will launch on the last-gen consoles on November 11th alongside Ubisoft’s other hopeful hit this year, Assassin’s Creed: Unity, which is the current-gen Assassin’s Creed game dropping this year, all resolution debates aside.
