Now that the Apple Watch has been officially unveiled, wearable fanatics are counting the days till we see its official release in 2015. It remains unclear when the device will hit the market, but new reports suggest Apple will make it available sometime this February with mass production expected to begin in January 2015. Though the same report indicates the company could be experiencing issues with the sapphire displays on the watch, which might lead to a possible delay or limited supply come launch.
Keep in mind the Apple Watch Sport will not feature such a screen; therefore shipments of it would not be affected. Hardware and software is still being worked on for the Apple Watch, so it’s unknown whether Apple has plans on implementing new design changes. Time will tell.
