The Italian supercar has garnered some serious buzz throughout the past year and now the automaker looks to put its concept into production as of 2013. Fiat Engineering Chief, Mauro Pierallini, also adds that the Alfa Romeo 4C should be priced around EUR45,000, which likely indicates the vehicle will be an international release only. Another misfortune being tossed around is the number of production models being created: 18,000 units. Those who end up with a 4C model will bask in its lightweight form (scaling at 1,984 lbs) and powerful direct-injected, turbocharged 1,750 cc four-cylinder unit. Anyone have EUR45,000 to spare? Expect to hear more about this beaut at January’s Detroit Auto Show.
