Die Hard 5 confirmed by Bruce Willis
John McClane is forever. At a recent press junket for his new comedy flick “Cop Out,” Bruce Willis chopped it up with MTV and revealed some information on the fifth planned installment of Die Hard:

It’s all an in-process thing at this point, with no hard details decided upon. Willis will obviously be involved since there can be no “Die Hard” without John McClane, and he’s already got a few ideas.

“I would hire Len Wiseman right now,” he said, referring to the director the well-received fourth chapter in the series, 2007 release “Live Free or Die Hard.” He also has an idea of the scope of the next movie, a pretty obvious next step for a series which has gone from “trapped in a building” to “trapped in an airport” to “trapped in New York City” to, most recently, “trapped by the Internet.” So what’s next?

“Well it’s got to go worldwide,” Willis concluded. “That would be my contribution to [the next movie].”

So after “Die Hard 5: Die Harder,” where else is there to take it? Outer space maybe?
