Anyone looking to silence their phone when sleeping or ignoring the public, while keeping their interactions from select contacts active, can do so through Quiet Hours. It’s basically the OS’ do not disturb mode accessible through Cortana that can restrict calls and SMS during specific hours and days on a calendar via Inner Circle. As you can see, all the features work together.
