Video Games Blamed For Animal Cruelty

Animal Attacks

A little girl was playing Nintendogs on her DS and took it upon herself to kick a large dog in the face. Why you ask? She claims the animal viciously attacked her simply because it overheard barking noises coming from the girl’s handheld. One source admitted that there was a decent chance she actually kicked the dog purposely. Even when the family was informed of the cruel act, they thought otherwise and blamed Nintendo. “I think this game should carry some kind of warning,” the girl’s grandma told The Mail. Yes, that’s exactly what the gaming giant should do. Put a warning label that states: “When playing Nintendogs please be sure to turn the volume off when in the presence of real dogs, as it could provoke an animal to strike.” GTFO!

Video Games Blamed Pedophilia

Pedophilia

Pedophilia is by far one of the most disgusting crimes anyone could ever commit. Now, keep in mind sex offenders have indicated numerous influences for their heinous actions such as pornography and child beauty pageants. But we never heard of videogames being blamed for such offenses…until now. Convicted pedophile Michael Cherry of London was caught in one of the largest crackdowns of its kind—arrested for possession and distribution of child pornography. He accused comic books, games, and his PC for the obsession. Even more pathetic is the notion that Cherry’s legal team thought this would actually work to his benefit in court. Makes you wonder what games he was playing.
