Michael Dell (Dell)
Douchiest moment: Gives himself a raise after firing 10 percent of global employees.
Over the years, after being investigated for his finances, Michael Dell has enriched himself with generous options and grants since returning to Dell in 2007. To keep his wallet slightly enlarged, the company laid off 10% (8,800 layoffs) of its global workforce in a belt-tightening move, even as it paid Dell compensation exceeding $153 million, making him the sixth-highest-paid CEO in the US. Unbelievable!
