It’s official…Solid Snake is no longer coming to the big screen. Producer Michael de Luca told Collider, “I don’t think it’s going to move forward because I got the sense that there may not be enough of a coordinated will at this point on the side of certain parties to see a movie get made.” Also, Luca rambled about Konami being overly protective of the property and the studio making a big issue of marketing and distributing rights. In conclusion, he put it as “just kind of impossible to get the agendas to match up.”
