
There have been a few reports stating Samsung is looking to reinvigorate the Galaxy S line of phones, especially after the S4 and S5 have shown progressed in the sales department. The Galaxy S6 has yet to be officially announced, but Chinese publication cnmo.com suggests the next flagship’s specs are to be found in the benchmark app AnTuTu.
Filling a rumored 5.5-inch screen with 2560×1440(qhd) display are a 64-bit octacore Exynos processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a 20-megapixel rear camera The newest version of Android Lollipop is sure to come preinstalled fresh out of the box.
There have been some rumored performance issues out of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, which might cause the delay in several Android devices including the S6. Samsung is expected to launch two versions of the Galaxy S6, one with the Exynos SoC and the other with the latest Qualcomm chip.
It is incredibly early to believe in such rumors, but if they do prove true, Samsung may be in position to finally retake the lead.
