Following the same blueprint as the recent Friday the 13th rehash, producers of the Jason Vorhees documentary, His Name Was Jason: 30 Years of Friday the 13th, are creating a Freddy Kruger documentary to go alongside the slasher’s remake this spring. Franchise heroine Heather Lagenkamp (Nancy of Nightmare 1, 3 and New Nightmare) will both star and narrate the feature, which will give fans a more “definitive look” at the iconic horror demon and his legacy.
