The Avengers 2 developments continue to pile up, but this specific one will definitely strike a chord with Marvel fanboys. There have been talks of the Black Panther being featured in the upcoming Phase 3 Marvel films, though it looks like we might actually get a glimpse of the character before then. Word is Marvel could be looking to shoot The Avengers sequel in Cape Town, South Africa, which as you know is a country most often imitated to fit Panther’s fictional homeland.
Seeing how the original cast is set to return (even Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye), along with the additions of the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, all expectations would be to see Panther in a cameo role of sorts. After all, they can’t all have lengthy story arcs.
Lets hope Joss Whedon can make it all come together. The Avengers 2 is set for a Summer 2015 release.
