Legendary Pictures (I Am Legend and 300) is putting in some O.T. right now bringing the long awaited Jimi Hendrix biopic to the big screen. The project has been in limbo for many years and has never been able to get off the ground, mainly impart to bad scripts and story ideas. Legendary is sure to fix that problem, as they did with I Am Legend (which suffered from the same illness for more than a decade). The company’s been in talks with the iconic musician’s estate and hopes to gain the support necessary to make this film classic. We can all use a little Jimi.
