Remember those rumors of Infinity Ward bringing aliens to the Call of Duty realm? Turns out they were true. The developer just announced the new Extinction Mode for Call of Duty: Ghosts via trailer. From the looks of things, up to four players are playable and must fight off extraterrestrials any way possible to survive. According to Infinity Ward, the new mode is “featuring a unique blend of fast-paced survival action, FPS base defense, scavenging and class leveling.” Watch the action below.
Call of Duty: Ghosts hits current-gen consoles on November 15th, with next-gen releases scheduled for November 22nd.
