Renault has been under pressure to create a more modernized version of its popular Escape vehicle. The company stepped up its game and showed audiences at the Frankfurt Motor Autoshow its future direction in design with a sleek new concept vehicle dubbed the Renault Initiale Paris. Underneath the hood lies Renault’s patented dCi 130 engine, which is a 1.6-liter diesel powertrain that gains some extra power to boost torque up to 400 Nm. Design-wise, we’re looking at a new brand new mesh grille that’s been spread to the alloy wheels and rear of the vehicle. It’s a pretty dope-looking futuristic mini-SUV.
