One day after the sequel is officially announced, the Associated Press gets a first look at Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, courtesy of creator Warren Spector. The publication interviews the developer to discuss Mickey’s latest adventure, which he confirms will be a co-op game that takes place directly after the events of the first title—brining us back to the wasteland where Mickey and Oswald the Rabbit must once again add vibrancy to the black and white world. The footage looks pretty dope.
Expect Epic Mickey 2 to hit the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and quite possibly, the Nintendo Wii U by late 2012, early 2013.
