em>Latino Review has an update on the Fantastic Four reboot, and aside from what you’ve been hearing online, all looks to be good. Screenwriter/producer Simon Kinberg sent an update regarding the rumor that the upcoming film was a mess and would be reshooting. Kinberg had these words to say:

“To confirm – Fantastic Four will be doing 3-4 days of additional photography with director Josh Trank and some key cast members. We are very excited about the film and can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been up to. And you will be able to do that very soon as I can confirm here that the teaser will be on Kingsman in theaters February 13.”

In addition to that, X-Men: First Class director, Matthew Vaughn says he has seen the film and liked it. This isn’t the first film to receive negative buzz, but prooved us all wrong (Think World War Z). The trailer for the film is attached to Kingsman: The Secret Service.

However, there is still turmoil surrounding the reshoots. A senior executive described it as a mess. A year ago, Fox was searching for other directors and writers. Although reshoots have happened, it’s questionable. What will happen to the FF film?
