Simplistic Gameplay
The game stays true to its hack-n-slash reputation by delivering basic combat gameplay that any gamer can pickup and enjoy. Players can pull off a number of combo-based attacks, along with a lethal finisher that can be unleashed when building up their attack meter at the bottom of the screen. The option to choose between light and heavy attacks is a fun touch as well, adding some strategy into the mix. An array of weapons and special attacks are at your disposal, all of which serve a purpose, primarily when bombarded by hundreds of enemies. Building up special traits and wiping out the entire battlefield certainly provides a sense of empowerment.
