The Wolverine of smartphones is ready for its domestic debut this Spring, as LG announced the G-Flex will be available on AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile this April. The South Korean consumer electronics giant’s flagship device flaunts a flexible OLED to produce a curved six-inch display, while offering self-healing abilities to keep the mobile damage-free. “G-Flex is the world’s first curved and flexible smartphone. This is truly a game-changer…“I am so pleased it is coming, and coming very quickly,” said LG Electronics USA mobile communications head Frank Lee during the company’s keynote. No word yet on the actual pricing or release date for the G-Flex across all three mobile carriers, though we anticipate the handset to run around the $200 price range (w/two-year contract).
