Robin Rises: Omega No. 1

We know death is a temporary state in the comic book world, and no one knows that better than anyone who has donned the mantle of Batman’s side kick Robin. The new series picks up on the story of Batman mourning the death of his son Damian, who was killed in Batman Incorporated and “The Hunt for Robin” storyline from Batman and Robin, which had Batman chasing Ra’s al Ghul to recover the bodies of Damian and Talia before Ra’s can get them to the Lazarus Pits to resurrect them. After a surprise interruption by the minions of Apokolpis, Batman is now on the hellish planet in search for answers as to what interest the dark god has in Damian.
