Take an Asus Eee PC netbook and a standard keyboard out on the town for some drinks, come home and add some Marvin Gaye or Teddy Pendergrass to the mix then “turn off the lights/ light a candle…” and in nine months you’ll have the Asus Eee Keyboard.

It’s a netbook (or nettop) with 1GB of RAM, Intel Atom processor, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi, 5 inch touch screen and choice of either 16 or 32 GB SSD, stuffed in a Keyboard chassis. It also features wireless or wired HDMI, depending on which version you chose and can serve as a TV remote along side the easy app launching, photo browsing and other various utility functions. Asus plans on launching their nertbook/keyboard love child in June with a $400-$600 pricetag.

UMPC got an upclose and personal look at the Eee Keyboard at this years CeBIT.
