We’re all anticipating the major announcements to come from Apple’s upcoming Sept. 9th event—the two biggest being the iPhone 6 and purported iWatch. But just because we might actually see the Cupertino Clan’s smartwatch next month, doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll be getting it anytime this year.
According to Recode, the iWatch will not be shipping until 2015. Whether this will hurt the company’s momentum heading into the holiday shopping season remains unknown, especially since there are plans to release two different iPhone 6 models. Not to mention the reports of both devices supporting Apple’s new mobile payment system. There’s obviously a lot to look forward to when considering the new iLineup.
