With Google’s Ice Cream Sandwich-ready Nexus Prime geared for an October launch, Ciccarese Design’s has already developed a mock-up for the next-gen Android series dubbed the Google Nexus Third Generation. Sharing a similar look to the original Nexus S model, this concept is measured at just 8mm thick and is less curvy. Going by concept-phones experts speculated spec sheet, the device consists of the standard Gingerbread OS, 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 8MP camera, front-facing camera (2MP, our guess), NFC and LTE support.
