Smartphones. Tablets. Now watches? Seems like Google’s mobile OS is making its way onto every portable device out there on the market. Italian manufacturer Blue Sky recently announced the I’m Watch: an Android 1.6-powered device that connects with your smartphone and allows you to take/receive phone calls from your wrist. Awesome. The high-tech watch comes laced with a 1.54-inch touchscreen that supports Android Market apps and interactivity, plus offers 4GB of memory and 3.5 mm headphone jack for musicphiles.

Bluetooth capability is also present, and the most vital component to the I’m Watch, as the gadget doesn’t come with network support. It’s set to run on a Freescale IMX233 processor and 64MB of memory to keep the watch ticking, also a Li-Po 350mAh battery that provides up to 30 hours via Bluetooth use.

As of now, the I’m Watch is scheduled to release in 35 days (Oct. 23) and will come in different colors (white, pink, blue, and red) for €249 ($340). Those looking to play James Bond can pre-order it over at Blue Sky’s website.
