With April being just around the corner, gamers are eagerly awaiting the release of the brand new addition to the famous fighting game series Mortal Kombat X. Even more so now as character reveals have been flowing in from NetherRealms Studio, with Kung Lao and Kitana being revealed just recently. More recent is the reveal of the acid-spitting lizard ninja himself Reptile. IGN got the exclusive on Reptile’s returns to the franchise with all his signature moves intact such as the acid spit and his first-ever fatality for the game, which should definitely have people cringing in no time ala face-melting animation.
Reptile was in fact revealed in a trailer that can be found in this article that shows off his fighting techniques against those of long standing character Kung Lao. With this reveal and still about three months left until release who knows what else could be shown to be in this game? Maybe a new mode of play or even more characters, but no matter what it seems everyone will be excited for this new release and will enjoy beating their friends in it.
