Manage A Non-Convoluted Storyline
The past has shown the siblings to create such detailed and intense story arcs that lost moviegoers far before the post credits even appeared on the screen. Take Cloud Atlas for example: the movie was an enduring 3 hours, and the story was so complicated and involved, many felt the plot really took away from the overall film concept. While their intentions are honorable and the passion for storytelling is evident, The Wachowskis need to be careful not to go too overboard with Jupiter’s story for the sake of not producing another bust. Some scenes were reshot in January to clarify certain plot points in the latter portion of the film, which is a promising sign for the end product.
