The entire time Samantha Lane (Krista Allen) sits in the salon chair, we’re left guessing and anticipating her death. Will the ceiling fan above completely sever her head? Or will some random fire spark from a can of hairspray and fricassee her? Answer: None of the above. She slips by every possible fatality only to have a lawnmower come across the same rock her two boys were tossing around. Guess that’s why you keep a close eye on your children. Pun intended.
