There is still some time before an official unveiling of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected. This has done nothing to dampen the rumors swirling about the next generation productivity focused phablet from South Korea.
Leaks have shown us possible images, and even potential cases, but up until this point virtually nothing has been known about the software changes Samsung has in store. In a patent filed at the end of June with the United States Patent office names something called Write on PDF. Given the popularity of the Write on Screen feature on the existing Note devices it feels safe to assume we will be able to write on PDFs before long.
Technically you can do it now, but it requires you to take a screenshot of the pdf to be able to then write on the image. Samsung has always pushed the envelope with a software feature packed philosophy, and they’ve just made the thought of shopping for a smartphone fun again.
