Another unique MOBA will be hitting the PC this month. TOME: Immortal Arena is an upcoming free-to-play game that offers traditional MOBA gameplay mechanics such as last-hitting, returning to base fountains for healing, and complex item recipes that have been removed in order to offer a quicker pace and action packed combat. The development of the game was led by game veterans Rade Stojsavljevic (Command & Conquer, Blade Runner) and Shawn Carnes (League of Legends, World of Warcraft), who’ve worked on featuring more combat over laning and grinding. Matches will also last around 10-20 minutes, meaning these matches will be brutal. The game will debut with a 5v5 map called “Sanctuary”.
TOME: Immortal Arena is free-to-play, and will be available on Steam on November 21st, 2014. A genre expanding 7v7 map is currently in development we will more details to the coming months.
