A video game based on The Hobbit film franchise seemed inevitable, especially after the original Lord of the Rings trilogy was considered a huge success for publisher EA. And considering WB Games previous LEGO LOTR release, only makes sense for the company to pursue the property. Looks like the game studio could be doing just that, as a leaked promotional ad shows developer TT games has such a project in the works. The one-sheet indicates we should see the game sometime in 2014. However, it doesn’t specify a release date or any next-gen (PS4, Xbox One) support. While the game has yet to be confirmed, we don’t put it past the publisher to release such a title heading into the new year.
