Droid-Life stays getting the one-up on the latest Android scoops, and as Google conformists, we’re thankful. The Android-based specialists somehow managed to get some snapshots of what looks to be Motorola’s next-gen tablet, called the MZ617. We’ll just refer to it as the Xoom 2. The site’s source indicated that the new version will bear the same weight as the original (oh god), while coming equipped with “big physical flush buttons on the back,” a presumed LTE SIM card slot, and an HDMI and micro USB port. Other noticeable features from the blurry image show a front-facing camera, rear camera with HD support, and a mammoth 10.1-inch screen. Motorola has yet to comment on the leak shots, but it looks almost certain that our peepers are on the new Xoom 2. Question is: Will it be ready for the holiday season? And most importantly, will it come Ice Cream Sandwich-ready?
