Another week—another awesome Mortal Kombat X trailer to enjoy. While NetherRealm Studios is putting the final touches on its upcoming fighter, the studio continues to tease us with new previews, which are confirming the return of some familiar faces to the franchise .The latest one welcomes back Lui Kang, whom we see is now a pawn of Shinnok after having his soul fall into the Netherrealm at the conclusion of the previous game.
Lui Kang will be a playable character in the game, though how his storyline will develop remains unknown. However, the more interesting tidbit of the trailer is the brief appearance of Bo’ Rai Cho in the beginning. There haven’t been any rumors regarding the character’s appearance in Mortal Kombat X, which makes his cameo even more surprising. We suspect the studio make him available via future DLC pack. Only makes sense.
