Seeing how the Gallardo series has been replaced with the Huracan, Lamborghini plans on creating a new Huracan LP610-4 Super Trofeo model, which will be based on the luxury automaker’s recent creation. Like the Gallardo Super Trofeo, this version of the next-gen racer will be “stripped-out and race-tuned”—featuring an enhanced aerodynamics body kit, lowered suspension, and upgraded brakes. The new Huracan will keep intact its 602-hp 5.2-liter V10, though power will be sent to all four wheels thanks to a new gearbox system. Racing drivers Adrian Zaugg and Fabio Babini will serve as development consultants on the project as well.
