You Can Now Interact With The Environment

NetherRealm has introduced something: interactive environments. No stranger to this mechanic first introduced in Injustice: Gods Among Us, the studio is improving on the oft-overpowered feature by providing a limit on the amount of times you can do it and it’s a blockable attack (unlike Injustice). This feature also plays very well into the fluidity of the “k”ombat of the series allowing the fighters to jump and reposition themselves off the environment. This interactable environment was probably made possible by the addition of 60fps as this feature lets the environment work nicely in the background and come into play without any lag time or glitchy movements. Interactive environments will hopefully be improved from Injustice and if it is, they will be the coolest feature of the new MK.
