Rainbow Six: Patriots (PS4/PC/Xbox One)
The Rainbow Six franchise has been praised for its use of tactical elements added to the standard FPS formula. Though this game was highly anticipated since its revealed trailer in 2011, Patriots was slowly killed off with each passing month. The game’s concept was indeed just as thrilling as the previous installments: The Rainbow Six team is called in to deal with a small militia group in New York called the ‘True Patriots’ who are attempting to act as judge and jury against those involved in what they see as Wall Street Corruption. With new characters that twist the sense of morality, a very well done variation on New York, and strong gameplay, it was a huge loss to the market and all fans of the franchise.
