Ryse 2 (Xbox One)
The long awaited sequel to the well-received launch title for the Xbox One, Ryse: Son of Greece, was recently killed off. Unfortunately, the few details revealed about the game came from its E3 trailer released before its cancellation. Apparently the sequel was to take place not in a roman environment, but a more medieval European style world, with a greater emphasis on a more open world and greater exploration. Finally, with the main character changing from a gladiator to a sell sword who has some form of greater destiny unbeknownst to him. These changes would have been more than welcomed and got players hyped up for its future release, through some financial problems forced Crytek not to pay their development teams, leaving the project on hiatus.
