2014 SRT Viper FTA Anondized Carbon Edition

Same car, new look, the 2014 SRT Viper FTA gets the anondized carbon treatment, which the Chrysler Group’s SRT imprint looks to produce in limited quantities. Included in the special edition is a new metallic matte exterior shade, Black Vapor Chrome five-spoke “Rattler” wheels, Gloss Black GTS badge, Satin Black exhaust bezel, Anodized Carbon fuel filler door, orange brake calipers, rear appliqué, and carbon fiber brake ducts.

President and CEO of SRT Brand and Motorsports, Ralph Gilles, spoke about the company’s decision to produce the exclusive speedster:

“We’ve been waiting for the right time to use this striking new exterior color at the Chrysler Group and as the flagship for the SRT brand, the Viper is the perfect vehicle to showcase this combination of finishes and details to create such a unique look…The Viper’s unique, hand-built and hand-painted process allows us to create these ultra-exclusive special series builds. At SRT, the art of the American exotic supercar is every bit as important as its performance, and this car is for the enthusiasts who feel that way too.”

Only 50 models will hit the production floor, though no official release or pricing has been announced as of yet.
