Rachel Summers
No one boasts a higher pedigree in the Marvel Universe than Rachel Summers/Phoenix. With a family tree that include, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Cable, Havok, Vulcan, and Corsair, it’s easy to see how she’s had the fortune of being one of the few mutants to survive the mutant culling. Seeing how Singer would portray the temperamental and powerful mutant would be an interesting plot twist for the sequel.
Ahab
Ahab is a mutant cyborg that leads Master Mold’s group of mutant hunters known as The Hounds. After prized hunter Rachel Summers revolts and joins the opposition, the cybernetically enhanced geneticist vows to hunt her and the resistance down. His affiliation as one of the Horsemen of Apocalypse could also be a presage for the Age of Apocalypse storyline we’ve all been anticipating for quite some time.
