The biggest location-based dating app is getting a nice little update dubbed Moments, which will allow users to share Snapchat-like photos with their matches. CEO Sean Rad briefly told Bloomberg, “Pictures will disappear within 24 hours,” while adding Moments will “help users get to know their matches better.”
For those unfamiliar with the app, Tinder encourages users to swipe right on people they find attractive and left for those who aren’t so good looking in the eyes of the smartphone beholder. Moments will be integrated into the mobile dating experience. Tinder has yet to announce when the feature will be made available, but we anticipate sometime over the summer.
