
Chevrolet plans on unveiling its latest Camaro, the 2013 ZL1 Convertible, at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, but for now we get a quick rundown of the drop-top muscle car. Set to become Chevy’s most powerful convertible of all time, the ZL1 Convertible dons a supercharged 6.20-liter LSA V8 that delivers 580 horsepower and 556 pound-feet of torque. DAmn. GM also claims to have added a few structural reinforcements to enhance noise and vibration characteristics: including a front X brake and rear V brace, transmission support reinforcement brace, and much more.
