Plans for a fifth film are being prepped, except this time the studio plans on making the film a “quasi-reboot”, titled Resident Evil Begins. Bloody Disgusting reports “While it’s a long, long, long way off, the idea is to redo the story of a special military unit who fights a powerful, out-of-control supercomputer and hundreds of scientists who have mutated into flesh-eating creatures after a laboratory accident.” God, can’t they just keep it original and just play off of the first RE game. Newsflash, creepy house filled with zombies, flesh-eating mutts and hunters is far more creepier than a supercomputer on her period.
