If you get all nostalgic over old horror films and vintage video games, then the guys at NECA have something for your. Being released at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, NECA pays homage to the classic NES Friday the 13th game by releasing their own Jason Nintendo figurine. The game, released in 1989 for the 8-bit Nintendo Entertainment System was loosely based on the popular horror franchise starring our favorite ax-wielding mamma’s boy, Jason Voorhees.
The figurine, which features the iconic purple and fluorescent green hockey mask worn in the game, will stand 7 inches tall, be fully pose-able, and come with ax-handle and machete. The Comic-Con exclusive version will come in a package that resembles the original game and run $25.
