We all know —or should know by now– that netbooks kind of suck (the reason Apple has yet to create one, and their CEO calls them “junky”). They feel cheap, they have very little utility and tiny, cramped keyboards, and installing new software on their puny harddrives is a serious pain. But to help people cope with the realization that they bought in, way too early, to a new and pointless tech fad there’s the Century 3-in-1 USB dock.
The 3-in-1 USB dock compensates for most of the major netbook hardware drawbacks by snuggly fitting underneath the netbook and attaching via side USB port, a 2.5-inch SATA or SSD harddrive slot, a cooling fan for the netbook itself and most importantly, an 8x DVD writer. Currently only available in Japan, the $100 price tag makes up for the fact that if you need this, you probably should have just bought a regular notebook.
