HTC Two (aka HTC M8)
HTC stole last year’s show and even snagged “Best of Show” honors with the One. Is the Taiwanese mobile staple set for a repeat performance with its next-gen handset? The odds are the company’s favor. All eyes will be on the HTC M8, or as we assume it to be called come announcement time, the HTC Two, which is said to have a striking resemblance to its predecessor and provide enhanced features. Of the many being discussed on the Internet are on-screen buttons, secondary focusing sensor, and Android KitKat 4.4. Some of the hotter specs include a 1080p panel, 2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragonn 800 CPU, and 3GB of RAM. We can definitely rock out with that.
Samsung Galaxy S5
The most anticipated phone of the past six months is bound to steal the spotlight at MWC 2014, even if it doesn’t make an appearance. According to recent reports, the Galaxy S5 is already bound to outperform the iPhone 6 with a 2GHz octa-core 64-bit Exynos SoC or 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon chipset set to power the phone. Other notable specs mentioned are a 5.25-inch AMOLED display (2,560 x 1,440 pixels), 16-MP rear camera, 3.2 MP front-facing camera, 3,200 mAh battery, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB/64GB/128GB storage options. Sound dope? Thought so.
